看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。
之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，这是盘锦市唯一的学校，有朝中。还有朝小。因为我家就住这座城市。所以上下班很轻松，一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的.意料，因为既有即欧小学也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。因为我是日语专业所以分配到了初一二班。还给我们分了办公桌。
上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢!这样更真实也更容易接近。今天不是正式上课今天是开学第一天。明天开始正式上课，今天就是先熟悉一下学校环境和老师和同学。然后去了，初中办公室，我们都一起聊了聊。有两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。就这样今天就回家，准备明天上战场。

根据学校安排，今天主要有两个会议：学校英语组每周星期五三四节教研活动和下午的教师节表彰大会，根据学校的要求我们实习生也参加会议。
上午的教研活动是由高老师主持的，高老师是英语教研组组长，在会上作了发言。会上，肯定了鲁巷中学英语组在全区的成绩，同时也对学校面临的挑战进行了分析，要求老师们再接再厉。另外，学校每年有主办英语优质课比赛，要求老师们也积极报名参加。在我们其中的一位实习生动听的英文歌声中会议结束了。
下午的教师节表彰大会是全校老师都参加，我们实习生也受邀参加。出席大会的领导有洪山区人大代表、洪山区教育局领导、鲁巷中学校长等领导。会议的主要内容有两个：一是表彰上年度优秀教师，二是祝全体老师教师节快乐。
作为一名实习生，首先很感谢学校对我们的重视，自己也深受会议的精神所鼓舞。

不知不觉已经实习了一个星期了，自己已经习惯了每天的实习工作。
每天早上7：20我会到班，督促同学们及时交作业、做清洁，7：40早自习开始我才会回到自己的办公室。我会了解每天的英语课程安排，每天下第一节课我会主动去周老师办公室帮忙批改作业，他们的英语作业主要有字帖、抄写、听写、学练优和英语试卷。我主要是负责字帖、抄写本和学练优作业的批改，同时也会和周老师对学生作业存在的问题进行交流。周老师每天早上都会对前一天所学的内容进行听写，听写不过关的学生中午会被留学，要求学生错的单词每个抄写20遍句子每个抄写5遍然后中午放学找我和周老师重新默写，错的写对了才去吃饭。虽然留学不好，但是可以体会到周老师对学生的高要求。
周老师工作做得很细，每项学习安排都有一张对应的表格。听写、背诵、考试成绩都有相对应的表格，详细地记录了学生的分数和完成情况并根据这些表格及时指导学生改正、提高。
每天的第八节课后放学时间是学生们最激动地时刻，都迫不及待的想回家，教室乱哄哄，周老师总会来到教室提醒学生各科作业，安排好值日最后放
